Once you meet Chef Mauricio, you will never go back to Palma without visiting his “Gastrotheque”, the place where he offers this amazing culinary experience. Mauricio will show you how to choose the freshest local produce in the market located below (Mercat del’Olivar) while you learn from his invaluable advice as an expert guide.
Afterwards, he will take you to his cozy “dining-kitchen area”, where you will be astonished watching him prepare an awesome tasting menu in his wonderful Josper charcoal oven, explaining every single step of the process.
And then, of course, the Grand Finale: tasting all the dishes that have been prepared as a celebration of excellent wines, wonderful meats and locally grown veggies!
