Cooking paella with an expert cook

I love food: not only eating, but also cooking. And, believe me, making paellas in Alicante is some kind of a “family-secret” (but… I unveiled it at last!).

I went to a Paella Party which involved choosing, peeling, cutting, slicing and chopping locally-grown ingredients (apart from chatting), and then cooking a magnificent paella: a wonderful experience that truly exceeded all my expectations.

The class was as hands on as the attendants preferred. I participated actively in every single step of the process… OF COURSE!

Afterwards, as the grand finale, we ate our extra-yummy-delicious paella, paired with an excellent selection of local wines.
